I tried to attach my tool path but apparently the files is to large.
I tried to save as, and merge into new, with same results. I did tighten some tolerances in the surface modes settings area (due to customer requirements) which may be causing me problems.
Could someone who does allot of 3D machining and mesh work send a snap shot of there surface modes window?
