[mfg-smartcam] Set Up Sheet

I have a set up sheet macro that creates a text sheet with tooling information, part information, and a small error check list.
Does anyone have an idea how I could get all this information to be placed on a spread sheet so that I could use and separate into fields.

TOOL LIST | COMMENTS
Part name: | T# |
Date: | T# |
Prog. # : | T# |
Fixture # : | |
| |
Then I would like to add a wire frame picture of the Fixture and parts. I know how to do this part.


Any help would be appreciated.
