It's possible the file that formats the display of step and/or tool information in the planner is corrupt.
Check the "Planner" section of the application ini file (i.e. pmill.ini) for the "StepListFormatFile" and the "ToolListFormatFile" to find the path to these files, then make sure the files are present. [Planner] StepListFormatFile=C:\Sm9\mill\josdef\MSTEPLST.FMT ToolListFormatFile=C:\Sm9\mill\josdef\MTOOLLST.FMT There usually are backup files with a .OLD extension in the same folder if you need to restore them. ============================================= Fred Lauzus, CAM Programming Coordinator High Steel Structures, Incorporated mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.highsteel.com ============================================= > -----Original Message----- > From: Ernie Gemmel [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Sent: Tuesday, November 19, 2002 1:11 PM > To: Mfg-Smartcam > Subject: [mfg-smartcam] VERY STRANGE JOF PROBLEM > > Folks, > > Has anyone ever had all step and tool info disappear from a file, yet when > you inquire the elment, it displays ALL the correct step/tool info? > Even the F6 button reports the step and tool as if everything is normal, > but if you open the job planner, there is NOTHING.
