[mfg-smartcam] Iges import problem

I am trying to import Iges surface files from Rhino 3.0 into Smartcam FreeForm 11.5.
 
Either the surfaces do not import at all or only partially.
 
These are exported as Iges type 143 because type 144 surfaces shut Smartcam down.
 
I tried to use Cam Connection and File-Import but neither worked.
 
I tried to attach the .pm4 file and the error log file but it doesn't post.
