There used to be a good tutorial in the manual that came with the old
command line version of the CTK compiler. Too bad it apparently was never
updated for the Visual CTK.

Try this for starters:

Use the CTK to open and examine an existing pcb file and use a text editor
to examine the macros driven by it.

C:\SM9\SHARED\usrelm11.pcb
C:\SM9\sysmcl\rect.mcl
C:\SM9\sysmcl\poly.mcl

Play around with these files while you read the "Getting Started" section of
the CTK help file "

C:\SM9\SHARED\ctk.hlp
