[mfg-smartcam] Win Xp help

Hello,

Can anyone give me some good settings for the fonts and dialog boxes to use I put xp on my computer and reinstalled smart cam ver 10/11  and noticed the fonts and all are really big i am running  1024x768 ,   also  i don't use icon bar so i am trying to remove it but when i uncheck the visable box it and try to close out it says icon bar has changed to u want to save changes i say yes   then it pops up that the file is read only ??
any help is greatly aprreciated
