For our 9 pin communication port we use a 9 pin to 25 pin connector made by Inmac, product No. 358-4, made in Taiwan.

My computer doesn't have a 25 pin com1 port it has a 9 pin what do I do to communicate with my Fadal Ive tried a gender changer but have had no luck it has a printer port that is 25 pin but the software that I use does not recognize it as a useable port .
