Butch It appears that you have several duplicate holes. I loaded the pm4 file and coded it using one of my code generators. I got the same results as you as to the number of lines and holes I did a little checking and when I group some of the holes I would get 5 or 6 elements when I should have gotten only 3 or 4. If your code generator is set up to output code only when values in X and Y change, you will get less lines of code because when the position does not change, no line is output. The duplication seems to be happening at the intersections of the grid lines.
