[mfg-smartcam] Keep defaults for the Merge tool box

When I do a File, Merge, the Merge tool box pops up with the File Type set as “2-D (.sh2)”   I change the File Type to Process Model (.pm4) and do a File, Keep Defaults and click OK.   Then when I do the File, Merge again the File Type is still set as “2-D (.sh2)”.   Is there another way to make the Merge box use Process Model (.pm4)?
