Michael,
My batchfile is on my desktop and works fine in XP pro. I searched for taskkill.exe and found it in the C:\windows\system32 folder. You might look to see if it's there. If not, I attached it in a zip file.

I don't get it, here is my batch file.
taskkill /im ctfmon*
cd c:\sm11\system
c:\sm11\system\ffm.exe
Every time I run it I get a MS-DOS window that opens
and says that
taskill is not an Internal or External command, operable program or
batch file.
Where are you placing the batch file? I put mine in
the C:\Windows
directory.
