It appears from your last post that the file is being rejected by some of the recipients virus scanners. They are the ones who must be rejecting all .EXE or .ZIP files.

I had a similar experience last year. I sent a .PIF file to the group and several recipients sent back messages that it was a virus. I had to change the extension to .TXT to get it to them. Then they changed it back to .PIF after they got it.

Strange, isn't it?
