[mfg-smartcam] quick method to batch or to macro convert hole tool diameters in pm4 file to the arc size of tool diameter on a layer

anybody have any past experience converting hole tool diameters in pm4 file to the arc 
size of tool from job plan to the diameter on a layer.
any help ... please
