I think this is the same alloy which gave me such a fit to machine when I was with NASA.
I can't remember the tooling info, but I do remember that we used wire EDM to cut it close to shape. The surface became impenetrable. We had to heat treat it again to soften the surface before we could cut it.
Just thought I'd warn you about that.
