Example annotated resource files are provide in an appendix section of the main documentation: <http://www.mhonarc.org/MHonArc/doc/app-rcfileexs.html>. As for mhonarc.org archives, it uses the resource files provided with mharc, <http://www.mhonarc.org/mharc/>.
