From in message body problem

I am archiving a mbox file. It has around 700 messages and a few of them are not being converted correctly.

They have text in the body that has 'From' as the first word on a line and MHonArc thinks they are the start of a message. I edited one of the files and it's ok. Is there anything I can do? (I was thinking of pre processing them with 'formail' or some other tool. Is that a good idea?
