v2.3 has SUBJECTSTRIPCODE where you can specify Perl expressions
to modify subject text. For example:
<SUBJECTSTRIPCODE>
s/^\[MHonArc\]\s*//;
</SUBJECTSTRIPCODE>
You can play with it in the alpha release (note, the docs have
not been updated) that was announced to list awhile back.
