MHonArc startup problems--help needed please

It looks like MHonArc meets my needs but when I run it, it finishes
execution with no
output. I've tried various command lines, but always no output (and no
errors, etc.).

Suggestions?

I would also like to know if and how MHonArc handles
email attachments. Thanks.
