Make Frame ?

Hi ,

I am a new user that useing MHonArc . This is very great packages. So I see
that we can make html in Frame mode . Like 2 or 3 Fram per page that split
index and messge and ...
So how can I do that ?
What can I type for mhonarc systax to do it ?
