You probably have a message with a screwy data. Since MHonArc
stores dates in Unix time(2) format, a message's date can
only go back to 1970; which is a reasonable limitation since
email did not exist before then.
Wrt mha-decode, you can safely ignore date warnings since no
archiving is done.
