Installing documentation?

I'm not able to install the MHonArc documentation:
 1. The documentation that was installed during initial installation was
empty. (i.e., the files all had a file-size 0.)
 2. When I issue the command 'mhonarc -docpath /blah/blah/blah/' nothing
happens (even when I'm logged-in as the superuser).

What am I overlooking?
