you have defined the '<pre>' tag for your message text, meaning the text
should be outputted as is without formatting. the sender of the above
message does not wrap long lines when sending. the combination of these
is long lines are displayed. suggestion: take away the <pre> tag and
use a <font>-tag with an appropriate font name attribute instead.
