Permission problem

Running Majordomo and MHonArc 2.4.5

We had a BSD box that croaked that used to run our MajorDomo mailing
lists.  It's now running Linux.

For some reason, the permissions on the output .html files aren't
right.

How can I force the .html to always have world read permission?  Is
there a way to do this with the -umask switch?
