Hi Earl,

I've attached a revision of the patch I sent earlier. The new patch
includes documentation of all new resources, and updates/clarifications to
existing documentation. Performance seems about the same as an unmodified
mhonarc.

Please let me know if you have any questions or anything. I hope these
changes make it in.

With docs, the patch got big enough that I gzipped it.
