   Simple file copy will work.
   Your keyring exists in your home directory under a hidden 
subdirectory, ".gnupg", so if you copy back your entire home directory 
from backup, that should come with it.

   I just recently did something similar myself for an ext3 -> xfs
filesystem switch.
