The meeting room is the Computer Science Department Class Room. On the desk in front of each chair there is a pop up outlet with ethernet and 3 prong AC power.
We have a projection screen, whiteboard (not smart) and green board. At the podium is ether and vga for a laptop connection to the podium display and the projector or the lecturer can use one of the machines in the podium (there is a debian linux box there and an osX mac). If we need or want to demo something where the audio output needs to be heard by everyone please let me know as that is a shortcoming of the room and I will bring in some amplified speakers I have which I have used in that room before.
