$work pretty much mandates visio, but I'll sometimes use dia. Neither are good for very detailed work. If I want to put a lot of information on a diagram, multiple interfaces with different encap types, network addresses, etc, theres nothing I can do other than use graph paper and a pencil. Either that or I'd be in Illustrator or equivilent for a long time. Then again, sometimes-complex networks are my day job... -porkchop
