The IT department is going to have the managers ear at an upcoming
meetings, which is an opportunity to inject some more linux into the
business. Last time we successfully made the case to change our
fileserver to a linux machine as well as change our CRM software to a
web-based linux solution. One very important piece of software for
the company is MAS 200, which handles the accounting and inventory
management, essentially the entire business is run on this software.
Of course, it's run on a windows server with windows clients, and
accordingly I need to restart it several times a week whenever it
freezes or has a random problem.

I don't expect them to change such a major aspect of our business in
this one meeting, but I'd like to start throwing out ideas on how to
get away from Windows with our accounting and inventory management,
especially since XP is becoming increasingly difficult to get ahold
of.

Does anyone know of any good small/medium business linux based
applications for accounting and inventory management? I'm not
necessarily limited to free/FLOSS solutions either, more options are
better. I plan on doing my own hunting, I was just hoping that
someone here might know of a few programs to check out offhand.
