Does anyone use an Eye-Fi SD card? Any model? I asked about this in the IRC
channel last week and got crickets, so I'm moving the question here. I'm
wondering what's involved to get it working in a Linux environment. I know
that the new ones work if you use their managed servers, your Eye-Fi will
deliver the picture to a supported online service of your choice, but I
don't really like the idea of every picture I'm taking going through someone
else's computer before I can vet them. I'd prefer to just have the
functionality that lets me dump the pictures into a folder. I've seen a lot
of webpages were people are playing around with this stuff, but no success
stories yet. So I'm wondering what the average user experience out there is.
