I'm aware of this one, it has decent support for python :o)
Its still a bit heavy but I might try with colinux to see the performance.

Thanks

I'm looking for more IDE recommendations. I'm already using Aptana in xp editing a samba mount from colinux/andlinux and I use gvim for quick things on both os (I love the wombat and desert colors). The most import features for me are, something light weight built with GTK or QT (prefer QT/KDE), syntax highlighting syntax error check with useful hints, auto formating, code templating and auto complete.
Other features like code folding, integrated svn and ftp would be nice too.

gvim and emacs are already pretty good.
But if you like Aptana, and QT/KDE, you might like Komodo Edit available
from http://www.openkomodo.com/
Its middleweight, but feels lightweight and has the features you mention
above (afaik) while supporting multiple languages.
