How strange. This same problem happened at the other shipping web site, 
fedex.com. After updating Adobe Flash, problem solved. If you find that Flash 
was the culprit, what version?Meanwhile, I imagine any Flash problems while 
visiting either ups.com or fedex.com is just a coincidence.----- Original
