Oh man, I could have said pretty much the same thing up until fairly
recently.  I hope people step up.  And let me just say, that all you do
is a lot more than most people think it is, and it's way too much to
expect one person to have to shoulder.  And as my grandmother used to
say, "many hands make light work."
