This is a very odd request for 10 minutes after you've joined the mailing list. This list is not a place for piracy.

If you are planning to do a masters thesis you should just invest in those memberships, which aren't that much (ieee is $16 for half year membership, ACM is ~ $50), and are probably valuable if you are going down that path. While our local IEEE chapter is pretty quiet, the local ACM chapter has a pretty good lecture series (http://pok.acm.org).
