I am not sure how to word this so I'm looking for search advice, also to see if anyone else has the same annoyance.
I'm running Ubuntu 10.04 with Firefox version 3.6.10 The problem also exists on my Ubuntu 9.04 with Firefox Version 3.6.8 Symptom: Occasionally when filling in the address and the search bar, the typed characters get highlighted then erased with the next keystroke. When this occurs while typing the address, similar addresses don't appear in the drop down as they would normally. I'll do more debugging to determine exactly when it occurs, but I suspect when I have more than one tab open, but not every the time. I'm not sure what terms to search but my first attempts yielded no similar complaints.
