Those are actually dangerous demographics because they mean that when
the founding fathers are ready to move on, then there is no new blood
with new ideas to replenish the organization.  That's why a lot of
organizations limit  officers to two terms, to force the group to
train new blood, teach the traditions of the group and involve them in
the decision making process
