Do you have a sample that I could save in RTF format in LO 3.3? Or if there is some test I could easy do it. LO 3.3 supports reading and writing ( aka export and import ) of RTF, The LO bug tracker shows "fixed bugs" as well as "reported bugs" but I don't know if you are effected.
