Exchanged emails with him last night. I will bring the tape to him today if
he is going to be at his place of business. I think he wants me to call first
because he is in and out. Will definitely mention MHVLUG. He said that there
are few few things that he doesn't have the equipment for.

Please note this is my new email address. Any mail that you get from previous
addresses may not be sent by me.

Well - this is what I get for judging a book by it's cover - or a post by it's
subject line ;-) - Didn't start reading this until this morning and from the
very first note, I said "Have to check with Rich..." - I know Rich Rossi
personally - and just this Saturday was talking to him about Linux and the
MHVLUG - so be sure you do get to him and be sure you mention that the LUG sent
you his way!

If he doesn't actually have the specific Sonyt gear, I will wager he will move
all he needs to move to get it.

We know someone that does this professionally who's in Walden. Rich Rossi --

very nice guy -- met him a few times at trade shows. Among other things he's

also got a great sense of humor.

For transferring one Betamax tape it's $20:
