Exchanged emails with him last night. I will bring the tape to him today if he is going to be at his place of business. I think he wants me to call first because he is in and out. Will definitely mention MHVLUG. He said that there are few few things that he doesn't have the equipment for.

If he doesn't actually have the specific Sonyt gear, I will wager he will move all he needs to move to get it. We know someone that does this professionally who's in Walden. Rich Rossi -- very nice guy -- met him a few times at trade shows. Among other things he's also got a great sense of humor. http://www.multimediaservicecenter.com/ For transferring one Betamax tape it's $20: http://www.multimediaservicecenter.com/videos.shtml -- Chris -- Chris Knadle [email protected] _______________________________________________ Mid-Hudson Valley Linux Users Group http://mhvlug.org http://mhvlug.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mhvlug Upcoming Meetings (6pm - 8pm) MHVLS Auditorium Mar 2 - MHVLUG 8th Anniversary - Show and Tell Apr 6 - Introduction to IPv6 May 4 - Inkscape _______________________________________________ Mid-Hudson Valley Linux Users Group http://mhvlug.org http://mhvlug.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mhvlug Upcoming Meetings (6pm - 8pm) MHVLS Auditorium Mar 2 - MHVLUG 8th Anniversary - Show and Tell Apr 6 - Introduction to IPv6 May 4 - Inkscape -- Eschew obfuscation and pompous prolixity.
