The election of the new Historian will take place after the lightning
talks on Wednesday, but before the main talk. I can't give an exact
time, but given that we've got 4 lightning talks, my guess is about 6:20.
Joe is nominated. If anyone else would like to be nominated, you can do
so at the meeting, as we'll take open nominations from the floor. Each
nominee will have a chance to make a brief statement, then voice vote by
those in attendance will determine the new Historian.
