Yes, there's still free dialup access available. Okay, so it's dialup -- at least it's a free backup ISP when you need to get something done and your broadband ISP is down. I've never yet heard anyone complain about too many backup options. (And it really is free -- they don't even ask for a credit card or any personal information.) My new and improved version 1.2 instructions for Linux (all distros) are now at:

I originally mentioned this at the July '09 MHVLUG lunch, but I've made significant improvements recently. Is it worth putting my instructions on the LUG website for future reference?
