Hmmm, I think you might be missing the point of interest in having a
Linux and Open Source Users group in the area if you aren't actually
interested in getting down and dirty some times. :)
You can always pay someone else to do it for you, and it's cool that
technology like Makebot and Home CNCs are creating services and
independent shops that provide it as a service. Exploring what's under
the hood is a key part of our mission as a group.
