This was a good time for this error to happen; the message was entirely your own, and it was generally a positive message. No damage was done. I once made this mistake at the /wrong/ time. :-( There was an argument going on in a mailing list, someome sent me a private reply to the thread with some stronger aguments that I didn't realize were more personal, and I got confused and sent the email back to the mailing list. That's when making this kind of error can be bad. [So note: when sending someone a personal mail to a thread, make sure to tell them them that the email is "offlist".] -- Chris -- Chris Knadle [email protected] _______________________________________________ Mid-Hudson Valley Linux Users Group http://mhvlug.org http://mhvlug.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mhvlug Upcoming Meetings (6pm - 8pm) MHVLS Auditorium Dec 7 - An Intro to Chef Jan 4 - Recovering the Brownfield: Revitalizing Open Source Projects Feb 1 - Home Networking Made Simple with Amahi Home Server
