Sigh... I need to stop righting email before the 2nd cup of coffee. :)
Sorry about that Jack.

I said this at the meeting, but I wanted to say it publicly here as
well.
About a year and a half ago I was feeling really burnt out with
running MHVLUG. My overall tenor on this list attested to that fact.
MHVLUG had become too much work for 1 person, and I was running out
of ideas.
In 2011, I was no longer solely responsible. Ben, Paul, Tim, and Joe
all stepped up this year to make things happen. The results have
been one of the best years we've ever had. July, which historically
was a dead meeting, with maybe 18 people there, was strong and
vibrant with 40. We were regularly passing 30 folks at meetings, and
twice (with Arduino in July and Ed's incredible Thing-o-matic talk)
we crossed 40.
MHVLUG is something I am really energized about now. So I want to
extend a warm thanks to Ben, Paul, Tim, and Joe for 2011. This year
could not have been done without them.
Myself, Ben, and Paul are going to stay on in their roles for 2012,
and Jim Chastain is stepping up to take on the Historian role in
2012. Based on the energy in the group, I can't wait to see what
2012 brings.
Enjoy your holidays, and we'll see you at Vassar in January -
