Another application seems to be using the package system at this time. You must close all other package managers before you will be able to install or remove any packages.
Muon hung doing an upgrade and, after about an hour, I crashed the system. Now I am getting this message. It is Kubuntu 12. I am not aware of any package managers open. How do I fix this?
