Actually on Linux systems this is settable (you can also make ctrl-alt-delete
do something else if you want); have a look in /etc/inittab.  On Debian this
standard "three finger salute" combination actually /does/ reboot the system,
because by default /etc/inittab contains this:

   # What to do when CTRL-ALT-DEL is pressed.
   ca:12345:ctrlaltdel:/sbin/shutdown -t1 -a -r now

I've gotten a couple of calls from India for "helping" me with "Windows" too.
Seems pretty desperate to be cold-calling random phone numbers like this.
Usually the calls I get have such garbled English that it's not even worth
trying to "mess with them" any.  [And I have better things to do.  :-P]
