Has anyone used FACTS?  I use that for getting time, instead of within
MiamiDx or anywhere else.  It seems like a very good utility and
actively updated.  I know Fred has said that using these utilities can
cause problems when the time is updated in a big jump.  I haven't seen
any problems here, though.  I highly recommend FACTS:

It lets you make the fine adjustments to the offset, and has auto DST,
plus much more.  No, I am not the author or trying to make a sale (its
free, though)...
