I have a Nokia N82 phone. It has integral GPS navigation and has voice turn by turn instructions that are plenty loud enough with being plugged into anything at all. The user interface isn't as good as a dedicated TomTom GPS unit mainly as it doesn't have a touch screen, but it does everything I need and it's always in my pocket, so even if I'm on foot and get lost I can just start Nokia Maps and it tells me where I am.
