Your missing the point.  He is going to install a MSM turbo system on a
earlier version block.  The MSM turbo picks up oil and water from drilled
ports on the block.  Sends the oil back through a pan drain bolted to the
pan and sends the water back into the engine through a fitting on the water
pump pipe.

Several of us have done coolant reroutes (among other crazy things). Tell us
what you are doing and maybe we can give you some ideas other than drilling
the block.
