I think the socketless hose is proofed out to 300psi with the proper 
socketless fitting barbs so it's  not likely to be an issue. I used it for 
oil and coolant lines but I used braded stainless for the fuel lines, less 
likely to be cut by sharp objects or metal edges. The braded stainless tends 
to saw through anything it vibrates or rubs against though.
