It won't matter one bit WHERE the oil ispumped from. The problem is that the buyers are paying too much because the buyers are the oil companies. If American oil companies are pumping Gush-zillions of barrels of crude from deep in the heart of Texas, they'll STILL say that the price must be very high. The one thing we can do, effectively, is to tell the oil companies NOT to buy. ...and we can do this world wide. When there are no buyers, there is no value.
