He gets 45MPG and burns half diesel and half used vegetable oil. His favourite restaurants give him the oil and it saves them having to pay to dispose of it. Old Mercedes and VW diesels are good candidates for running 100% used veg oil. So far, Uncle Sam hasn't figured out how to tax the stuff.
