Those same tatas would cost US$2,000 in China & US$1,000 in India. Of course, it wouldn't be a plastic surgeon doing the work. Undergrad, med-school & residency for a plastic surgeon takes 13 years in the US. "Undergrad", med-school & residency is only 6 years in China. You do the math.
